I’m a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and founder of Enterprising Play. I help people think differently, connect more deeply, and turn ideas into action.
My sessions bring together storytelling, strategic thinking, and hands-on participation, with room for fun. You might build a model, try a new perspective, or have a conversation you didn’t expect. The point is to give people something to experience and something to build on.
Trust, clarity, and a shared mission.
I spent 20 years in the Air Force, where clear communication, trust, and teamwork mattered every day. That experience still shapes the way I work with people: listen closely, make space for different perspectives, and connect what we’re doing to why it matters.
Through Enterprising Play, I bring those lessons into conference keynotes, workshops, and team sessions with curiosity, laughter, and practical ways to get everyone involved.
Participation with a purpose.
Play creates room to explore. A hands-on activity can make an abstract idea tangible, invite a quieter voice into the conversation, or help a team see a familiar challenge differently.
